How often is content created/updated?

Our team creates tens of articles on a daily basis Monday through Friday. Exclusive articles may be made available on the weekend.

What is your cancellation policy for subscriptions?

You may cancel your subscription anytime. Simply send us an email with your name and email address and we’ll take care of everything.

Can I customize the content and post it on my site?

Absolutely! Although WP Easy Content provides complete articles you may customize content as you see fit.

Can I get my money refunded?

Our job is to work closely with you to develop a plan and process that works best for you. If after consultation, you are unsatisfied, we will refund your money back to the last full month of service.

What versions of WordPress do you support?

We support every version up to 5.  

May I contact the Editorial or Support team?

Yes! Our business hours are Monday – Friday … 9am to 5pm.

Will I be charged automatically every month?

Subscriptions can be purchased two ways: as a one-time order or on a subscription basis. We offer a discount for subscriptions because it helps us with our inventory management. If you purchase a subscription, you will receive an email three days before you’re charged.

How do I get started?

Is the content exclusive or non-exclusive?

Both! WP Easy Content provides users with non-exclusive pre-written articles from our library, but we also write exclusive content per request. 

When will new categories become available?

The Head of Content is always working on creating new substantial categories, but you can also request new categories via support.
